Our return-policy

Following the Belgian Law Art.78 of 14/07/1991 you have the right to return the ordered articles within 7 days following the receipt of the products.Before you return a product to the above-located adress you must contact us by e-mail or phone (correct coordinates you can find in our f.a.q.-section.Possible reasons for returning a product can be:not satisfied,damaged/wrong product.Only after receiving our authorisation by e-mail you can return the undesired item(-s with the necessary postage.Shuffle has the right to refuse/not to reimburse returned items when the client did not communicate with us before returning the product and/or when the seal-sticker of the product has been broken or when it has been damaged by the client.Always use your unique order-number when communicating with us about an order.
You must know that we are well-willing to our clients and that since our web-start in 1999 we never had severe discussions or problems with our clients.
